Reno also reserves the right to collect information from third parties, such as business partners. We will collect feedback from our restaurants business partners about our users in order to protect the property and rights of the company and/or our business partner, to protect the safety of the public, restaurant employees or any person, or to prevent or end activity we consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
Disclosure of Information
We may share your personal information with third parties to provide you with services that we offer through Reno, conduct quality assurance testing, facilitate creation of accounts, provide technical and customer support, or provide specific services, such as synchronization of your contacts with other software applications, in accordance with your instructions. These third parties are required not to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by you.
We may disclose information in the aggregate to third parties relating to user behavior in connection with actual or prospective business relationship with those third parties, such as advertisers and content distributors. For example, we may disclose the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, advertising banners.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reno and our affiliates from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees that arise from your use of the sites and services. Reno reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Reno in asserting any available defenses.
The personal information we collect about you is stored on a secure, password-protected server and only authorized personnel have access to your information. We use industry-standard encryption technologies with respect to the receipt and transfer of personal information you submit to us on the site and only authorized personnel have access to your information. Nevertheless, despite our best efforts, no transmission over the internet and no data storage method can be guaranteed to be safe 100% of the time.
If you no longer wish to receive emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each email, or by contacting us via the “Contact us” form.
Transfer and Storage of Data
The sites are hosted on servers in Hong Kong. Accordingly, if you are located outside of Hong Kong, the personal information you provide to us will be transferred to Hong Kong. By submitting your personal information, you consent to its transfer and storage in Hong Kong and its use in accordance with the purposes for which it was originally collected.
